You have the option to order nails that are made to fit you individually. All you have to do is provide an accurate measurement of your nails and we will take care of the rest! But, how do you measure your own nails, you ask?

There are a few different ways it could be done, but for convenience the tools you are going to need include:

  • A Pen
  • A Ruler
  • Fabric tape
  • Scotch/Marking Tape

Note that you don't need all of these items to measure the nails, but they certainly do help. ;)

Using Fabric Tape to Measure Nail

1. Make sure the nail you measure is flat (meaning, no rhinestones/designs currently on nail)

2. Take a fabric ruler, be sure to use the cm or mm side (*1 cm = 10mm)
3. Align edge of left side of nail with the start of the ruler (try to match it up perfectly)
4. Wrap fabric around finger left-to-right.
5. Mark or take note where ruler meets with the opposite end of the nail plate around the widest area of the nail. You can mark directly on the fabric tape or write it down.
6. Repeat for all nails! :)

Using Tape, a Pen and a Ruler to Measure Nail

1. Make sure the nail you measure is flat (meaning, no rhinestones/designs currently on nail)
2. Take a piece of tape (scotch tape is fine; if you use marking tape make sure you can still see where your nail bed starts when you apply the tape), place around finger.
3. Mark where widest point of nail bed starts on tape, as well as where the nail bed ends on the widest point of opposite side. You should have two markings on the tape by now.
4. Carefully remove tape, don't rip it! Place on a flat surface.
5. Use ruler to measure the distance between the two marks you put on the tape. Measure in cm or mm (*1cm = 10mm)
6. Repeat for all of the nails! :)

As a rule of thumb, (*no pun intended) it is important to measure all 10 nails just to be safe. Some people have larger nails on one hand than they do the other, so individual measurements will help us to make the best fit for you.
